Founded in 2018, the St. Pete Micro Farm is a compact, high-yield urban oasis on just 1/10th of an acre. What started as a backyard project has grown into a lush, productive space featuring over 80 fruiting tree and shrub species, chickens, perennial edibles, annual vegetable beds, and thoughtful infrastructure designed for maximum abundance in a small urban footprint.

During this relaxed, informative tour, your guide will walk your group through the farm’s layout, share the planning and design decisions, highlight successful (and sometimes experimental) growing techniques, and show how intensive permaculture principles are applied in a residential setting. You’ll see everything from rare tropical fruits and productive food forests to the practical systems that make the farm function beautifully.
